Review:  I loved the first book, Sebastian’s Wolves so I was pleasantly surprised to find myself enjoying this second book just as much if not even more. I love stories of underdogs who come into their own and find their power, add in a sweet and fun love story and I am blissed out.
A wonderful story of shifters, vampires, overcoming bigotry, developing powers, a beautiful, balanced mate bond, hot sex, romance, family, healing, survival, hope, and unconditional love and acceptance.

Tomi is delightful. A beautiful, sexy bottom who has no idea how attractive he is, full of love and compassion. He has been mistreated by his fellow vampires so he doubts his own worth until he finds his mate and destiny. He is the perfect mate to an Alpha, bringing him balance and contentment that he is then able to pass along to his pack. Bringing a softness and openness to their Alpha that he had always felt, but been unable to express. He instinctively knows how to help this wounded pack bond and feel safe again.

Stone is the best kind of Alpha, strong and independant yet able to care for his mate and pack. He has moments of sweet romanticism that are touching. Once he finds Tomi he never hesitates to support him or show him how special and loved he is. His relationship with his brother, Tait was awesome and I am really hoping that we get Tait’s story next.

Their close family as well as their extended family of pack are essential supporting characters that help to explain both their past and their coming struggles as they gear up to deal with the reprocussions of a shifter/vampire mating. They will need all of the love and support they can get. I have faith that these wonderful people will triumph as will their love.
